German Sides
German side dishes should not be underestimated. I have to count my famous homemade pretzels and Obatzda (a Bavarian cheese spread) into this category. But my addictive Pommesgewürz (French fry seasoning, which is really a great all-purpose seasoning) should not be missing, either. Other sides Germans can't live without are my German pasta salad, homemade sauerkraut, Rotkohl (warm red cabbage) and SO MANY more!
