German Bread & Rolls
Germans eat so much bread and it tastes much different from American bread. It's got a harder crust, is not sweet, and usually features more whole grains and seeds. This one is my favorite German bread recipe. Rolls for breakfast are called Brötchen and are are part of an essential morning meal called Frühstück (this seeded roll recipe is my favorite)!
